The worst experience ever, very unprofessional. I should have known where the spa is located. Staff have no manners and redeemed my groupon without even showing up to the appointment. I have seen other really bad reviews and they reply to the client with sarcasm and screaming at the client. I have gone to many spas in my life and this is the first not even attempting to remedy the situation and to make the client happy, unbelievable.
