The worst experience ever, very unprofessional. I should have known where the spa is located. Staff have no manners and redeemed my groupon without even showing up to the appointment. I have seen other really bad reviews and they reply to the client with sarcasm and screaming at the client. I have gone to many spas in my life and this is the first not even attempting to remedy the situation and to make the client happy, unbelievable.
I had an incredible massage at Varua Med Spa during their Father's Day promotion, and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. My therapist was professional, attentive, and tailored the massage to address my tension spots perfectly. The techniques were soothing yet effective, leaving me completely relaxed and recharged. If I could give Varua med spa zero stars I would because they didn’t even honor my appointment. I was refused service as I purchased through Groupon and they did not honor my booking. They do not answer the phone.
