I have previously lived at Vantage Pointe for two years and just moved back to the tower. All of Vantage Pointe staff were available to take care of us and we look forward to their continued support.
I think people who have given the bad reviews are angry because of dumb things they have done (like not paying rent) or are blaming vantage point for things beyond their control . It is an non-smoking building but it's hard to catch the violators. They do allow dogs in the buildings so they can either try to give the owners some place for the dogs to do their business or not. Love living here. The people, the vibe and location. Of course a person can find imperfections with anything.
The new property manager is a joke. He changes rules without notifying residents and without providing proper notice of changes as specified in lease agreements. Just bought new car a day ago and leasing office was closed so couldn't buy a second spot yet. Parked in spot that has been empty for months right next to my truck. Get up to just rice it's been towed. Rule for nearly 2 years has been you get a 24 hour notice. This new Bradley guy changed it to 1 hour without notice.
