Broken elevators, plumbing issues with no water for two days. Flooded lobby, vandalism in the garage and storage unit. Broken air conditioning. Dog urine in elevators. Dirty pool. Every month it gets worse and worse. Management does nothing!!! Here is a reason my power bill is $325 in an 800sq ft apartment. I've submitted 4 service request for the air-condition. Never once has the filter been changed.

I walked into the leasing office and was surprisingly pleased by how well I was received by the whole staff there all with smiling faces very approachable and professional keep up the great work!
In typical Left wing lunatic fashion, this San Diego high rise refused to put up Christmas decorations though I offered $200 as a gift to residents and staff for a Christmas tree for the lobby. OUTRAGEOUS and an affront to America. The Pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock in 1620 in part to celebrate Christmas freely. Since then, CHRISTMAS has been an American Tradition.
