🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 I 1,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE As a professional speaker who speaks all over the globe... I have to say I’ve stayed in some REALLY amazing places. Because of that lifestyle, when o left my beach home to move into a luxury high rise... I was excited! But only 7 months in and we CAN NOT WAIT to get out of here. I could go on and on about why (and if you email me at marshal@marshalgillen.com I’ll share ALL the reasons why) But as someone who travels the world, talking about positivity and transformation while ... read more

Living at vantage pointe, honestly, is great. Until they charge you $200 to remove someone from a lease for safety reasons (they just didn’t understand why I didn’t leave him on if I didn’t want to pay the fee.) Or until your apartment is flooding and they “hope” they can get to it same day. I’m just worried about how much they’ll charge me after the situation has been resolved. I mean it’s holiday season, ya know?

4/8 Elevators were out for about a month when I lived there. Terrible communication from the leasing office regarding costs associated with terminating a lease. Experienced theft from the parking garage within a month of living there on the bottom floor P6. For all the money they charge you would think they would have some security cameras installed, especially after multiple thefts and vandalism were reported in the garage, and that's just the time I've lived there.

Edit 4/30/18 - Retained counsel for having to break my lease for health and safety reasons. In addition to outrageous fees and shady post move out billing without any invoices and a month late statement. Constant elevator issues are unacceptable at these prices. It's an ongoing/never-ending problem. Currently as of 2/12/18 half of the building's elevators are down with no sign of stability in site. Edit: They were restored last week of the month. Its also unacceptable that the staff are allowed to disrespect/raise their voic... read more

I lived at Vantage Pointe for 2 years. The best thing about this place are the people who live there. It has a total social vibe to it. BBQing on level 10 next to the pool is always great. Some of the best times I've had were hanging out there. There are exceptions and there will always be inconsiderate people any where you go, but the majority of the people at Vantage Pointe are a lot friendlier than other places I've lived. Get a place with the highest view you can and if you like hanging out on the balcony all day, the no... read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Like other people said at first glance it looks like a high end type of building but once you're in you start realizing that this is not the fairy tail that management office sold you. We lived in New York and Chicago where this type of buildings are very common and services in there is like living in a hotel, VANTAGE POINTE is not the case , the management office is a joke! OUR EXPERIENCE We staid there for 3 weeks and we decided to move out because of the following things 1. HORRIBLE ODORS: Since day... read more
