I am disappointed. I was a good tenant and paid my bills. Nevertheless we were AUTOMATICALLY turned over to collections after we moved out for "utility" bills I was never actually invoiced for. Tried on numerous occasions to get this addressed--the reality is, VANTAGE is bigger than any one nice person you may encounter. Buyer beware. I would never rent there again. No matter how conscientious you are, you'll be punished.
