Worst apartments ever! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Worst managers and office staff, they are so rude and do not care about their residents at all. They are Awful!! Other reviews on other websites are downright awful!
I have lived here for almost two years and have not had any issues. Yes, we have had a noisy neighbor, but it is an apartment so that is bound to happen. I like the improvements they have made and faster response times to fix things. I will, definitely look to see if there are any hawthorn properties if I get transferred out of Columbia.
