STAY AWAY! The staff is incompetent and will not return phone calls or emails. One person from the office will tell you something then another will tell you the opposite of what you were originally told. Animals are not welcomed and they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. I highly recommend Vantage at Wildewood. Thanks to Ashley, I had a great experience with my move in. The remaining staff, office and maintenance, have been responsive, professional and friendly. My family and I enjoy being in the middle of a great neighborhood full of great schools, shopping, and many dining options. Ashley has made my experience here great. Sometimes I find myself going into the front office just to chat with her. She is accommodating and get things done! Ashley genuinely cares about everyone and tries to make living here lots of fun with pool parties and different social activities.
Ashley went out of her way to find me a great deal for a 2 bedroom apartment. She worked with me for over a week to find me my perfect home. The staff is always professional and also friendly. This is hands down the best luxury apartment you will find!!
Looking for apartments is one of the most stressful situations, Ashley was such a huge help and a blessing. Without the help of Ashley I honestly do not know how I would've gotten everything handled. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this apartment complex to others. The other office staff members we're so customer friendly as well.
