Best in Austin – I was there with not happy hair, she was ever so much in a hurry,and was asked not to go out in the rain,so not happy hair is now nappy hair !! I Love coming to Vanity, they make me feel, and look Good, thats all I have to Say !
Disappointing Interaction with Staff – I went to Vanity in September for the first time and I had a great time. I thought the staff was nice and I was pleased with their work and their prices. I called again today to schedule another appointment. The girl's name was Margaret and she was very nice, but after I got done explaining to her that I wanted an appointment etc., she asked me to wait for a second. Energetic, Knowledgable and Helpful Beauty Care – I visited Vanity last week after meeting Laura Gamble the week before. I was most impressed at the cordial greeting from all of the staff. They really seemed to care about me as a person and not just as a client. The setting is filled with wonderful natural light and the office layout was easy to navigate. Relaxing, Inviting, Good Service and Nice people...and open Sundays! – I had a great experience here! I needed a place open on Sundays and stumbled across this gem. Wonderful service and charming atmosphere of a quaint neighborhood house. I love the Aveda products they use and certainly enjoy the standard scalp/shoulder/neck massage that Aveda salons provide. I will definitely be back again!
BEST SALON IN TOWN - OPEN SUNDAYS – I like this place because they are open on Sundays, the place is comfortable, no attitude, they seem to like what they do, lots of cool magazines and are south austin hip. Best Wedding Planning – I was just at the salon for a wedding I was a attending for my cousin. The bride, her mother, mother of the groom, other cousins, maid of honor, matron of honor, bridesmaids and other family members were all here. There was whispering among us, bad past history, crys of sadness, crying of joy and the salon actually helped us keep an even keel. They were very zen if you would say. Great Service, Great Value, Cool Place – I'm a guy, I dont usually write these things. It is a great salon, went in for my first visit. They are open on Sundays, big bonus. On Sundays they play serene and gospel music. Cool. Great cut, I bought product too. I dont ever do that either, but I really like it, it works. Going to buy Gift Certificate for my girlfriend.
Great Quality of Service and Customer Care – I was looking for a new salon and came across Vanitys website on City Search, checked it out and saw the video. Gene is the best listener and is so creative – Gene is a new talent stylist at Vanity and he is the best value in austin. He give a great scalp massage and his shampoos are to die for. Love the attention, the customer service, the quality of the cut and the blowdry style was great. He styled my hair differnet than usual and that was great. He gave me some good ideas.
