I am utterly disgusted with this company. I submitted a hardship withdrawal for my home purchase on October 3 and the processing is only supposed to take 3 days. I have never received any information from Vanguard regarding the status of my request unless I called them myself. Every time I've called, they've asked for something else other than what I was originally told they needed to process my request.
