Mechanic told me there was a problem with my crank shaft And it needed to be fixed. 2nd opinion there is no problem. Done this twice now
Bought a 2007 ***** *******on February 27 of this year at Vandergriff Arlington. The timing belt has broken (which the mechanic said they should have warned me about) Not even two months and it is irreparable? I am out thousands and my daughter and her kids are without a car. Had I know I would have had them replace it before we ever left the building. So after two months we are without a car and broke.
Bought a ***** *****Hatch bag 2017 within 4months driving the car I have been back at this place with issues over 5 times such as Bluetooth that kept dropping my calls and freezing to the point I couldn't take/make any calls. every time at this place was a minimum of 3hrs, time I never get back, after many attempts they told me the Bluetooth needed an update but *****didn't have it out yet, per one of the employees there, I've been told they were aware of this issue since the problem has been reported for many customers , th... read more
I went to get my oil and filter change and had a bad experience with service agent Al H******* at Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, Texas. I specifically asked Al to check all fluids, especially brake fluid because I knew it was low. He confirmed they will add any fluid as part of the regular oil and filter change, including the brake fluid. They did not do this, even though in the multi inspection report he showed me before taking me to the cashier that they had. Would not buy from them, they sold me a "certified car". Turns out to be a lemon car and I have invested a lot of money in this car. They are not willing to work or fix the issue. Horrible customer service. Take your hard earned money else where to another dealership
Vandergriff sold my daughter a Ford F250 6.0L diesel. These trucks have been the subjects of numerous class action lawsuits for their unreliability and frequent expensive to repair breakdowns. Most banks won't even lend on these vehicles yet the unethical sales guys at Vandergriff found a way to under-wright a subprime loan padded with thousands in extra expenses. I would be ashamed to work there!! How can they take a product like Honda, and screw it up? Go to Vandergriff Honda in Arlington. Untrained, Unproffecional, and Unacanntable for anything Staff. They Failed in all of the Department's, From sales, auto repair/matenance dept. to even Customer Reps. ....all Fail. THIS DEALERSHIP PUT THE "G" IN GHETTO!!! Don't do business with them, you will regret it.
I have been with Vandergriff Honda For clothes to 20 years and this time I’ve bought 4 or 5 cars and leased a few they do anything to get me in a car but I bought a 2018 Honda Accord had it less then 9 months and something was going on with the transmission I was loosing power so I called set appointment to have them look at it on Wednesday then it was getting worse so I moved it to Monday then at lunch on Friday I had no gears I had to find a gear to get me out of the street and I did then I had to call them to tow it to th... read more
