Maui in the service department is amazing.Goes above and beyond everything I expected.
I have a problem with this dealership I have corp office because the gym can not return calls or email. My daughter was treated really bad and then I was treated just as bad. I just want to know why the gym didnt return my call or email. They talk about the act of kindness will Im here to tell you that there is no kindness at this dealership. Can you give them 0 stars? Went to look at a car Saturday 8/20/22 we had to leave but the sales guys was to call me back and get info for us. I waited till Tuesday and went in car price was $46,142. They added an additional $3+ to the car price theres no mention of range of what the price could be for reconditioning fee. We left since no one ever discuss an additional fee but to whatve sales director said its not disclosed till the end to get customer in the door and invested. I brought a car back in February and I had to take the car back 2 days later. For months now I have been having problems with this vehicle. Now they telling me the engine is gone. And nobody will fix it. I had all kind of warranty and still no fix. So what they tried to do was trade me out of that vehicle but now all of a sudden I need a co-signer, which I didnt need because. I think that Vandergriff Honda's Pre-Owned car division miss represented the quality of the car I purchased. It took over a week for me to get my car back after I had closed on the car. They told me that it was still going through the final service. Then they told me that it was not ready because they were waiting on parts. The car has been in and out of the shop for several reasons. The car has been in the shop more than I have had it in my possession. Vandergriff Honda Arlington has the very worst service department of any car dealer in the country. I purchased a used 2016 CRV last year. They went on and on about the 250 or so Check points they go through to guarantee a quality vehicle. Sunny ***** day I bought the vehicle. I've been looking around at cars for while, and found one on their website within my budget range. The civic was listed at the time (Friday, 11/05/21), and at the time of writing this (Wednesday, 11/10/21), for $22,890. For a 2019 civic with only ****** miles, this is a great price!
