DON'T GO THERE!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Always have to wait atleast 25 minutes before being taken back to room, then you will sit even longer waiting for doctor. Most recent issue: Arrived there at 11:05 on a Tuesday for an 11:15 appointment (on my hour lunch break) with severe back pain. They didn't take me back to a room until 11:35 THEN I had to sit in the office for an additional 25 minutes before I went out and asked if I could reschedule for the next day since NO ONE had been in to see me after waiting that long. Best group ever! If felt very welcomed in the practice. I was new to the area and this practice was recommended to me by a friend. I felt right at home with the friendliness of the staff. I am glad I went there.

Great family practice. Great family practice. Friendly staff. I got an appointment the same day I called. They called the next day to see if my pain was better. When is the last time that happened.
Indifferent and rude I came in sick and had to spend 30 minutes (no kidding) alone, in an extremely cold room waiting for the doctor. When she finally came she was clearly in a terrible hurry to dismiss me and get to the next patient. She hardly listened to my explanations, she didn't care a bit and she said she was sorry about her being late only after I pointed that out and even then she sounded very insincere. Horrible Staff, Rude Doctor and not very knowledgable I had a problem with a sinus infection and gallbladder issues. I arrived at the office on time for a 3pm office visit but the front desk took 10 minutes to check me in ( with no one in front of me). I then checked in and then waited another 10 minutes until I got in. By the time I got in, I was brought back by a rude staff member that did nothing for me , no BP, just weight , made a face then dropped me in the room. Highly Recommended!! Very friendly staff that understand your needs, and tries their best to make the visit go smoothly. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week, and the doctor was pleasant to deal with. They respect your privacy, and listen attentively to your issues/problems to help you find the solution. They can't cure what they don't know. I never have to go back for the same issues. Huh??? 28Mar2007. I just called and spoke to Heather to schedule an appointment. I told her that I have a sinus infection and need to confirm that I'm pregnant. She said that the doctor would only be able to address one issue per appointment. She thought the sinus infection was most pressing, so I should deal with that first and then mention the pregnancy issue. nice people The best doctor visit I've ever had. Everyone is nice and the office is neat. The lady and I talked about my issue and she helped me feel better. She was sincere. Definitely not a typical medical office.
