Huh??? 28Mar2007. I just called and spoke to Heather to schedule an appointment. I told her that I have a sinus infection and need to confirm that I'm pregnant. She said that the doctor would only be able to address one issue per appointment. She thought the sinus infection was most pressing, so I should deal with that first and then mention the pregnancy issue. Preston Medical Associates This is a great family practice with two Physicians and two Nurse Practioners. The office has recently been remodeled and is very neat and clean. The wait time is not too long and I have been happy with the care that I have received. PROS: clean, short wait times to see doctor CONS:
Great family practice. Great family practice. Friendly staff. I got an appointment the same day I called. They called the next day to see if my pain was better. When is the last time that happened.
Indifferent and rude I came in sick and had to spend 30 minutes (no kidding) alone, in an extremely cold room waiting for the doctor. When she finally came she was clearly in a terrible hurry to dismiss me and get to the next patient. She hardly listened to my explanations, she didn't care a bit and she said she was sorry about her being late only after I pointed that out and even then she sounded very insincere. Best group ever! If felt very welcomed in the practice. I was new to the area and this practice was recommended to me by a friend. I felt right at home with the friendliness of the staff. I am glad I went there.
Highly Recommended!! Very friendly staff that understand your needs, and tries their best to make the visit go smoothly. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week, and the doctor was pleasant to deal with. They respect your privacy, and listen attentively to your issues/problems to help you find the solution. They can't cure what they don't know. I never have to go back for the same issues. Okay Nice location if you live in the burbs of Cary, but I was not seen by an MD when I went there. Staff is nice and professional. I'm not sure if policies have changed, but you might want to specify that you want to be seen by a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner if it matters to you. PROS: Professional, nice facility CONS: Might not see an MD

Horrible Staff, Rude Doctor and not very knowledgable I had a problem with a sinus infection and gallbladder issues. I arrived at the office on time for a 3pm office visit but the front desk took 10 minutes to check me in ( with no one in front of me). I then checked in and then waited another 10 minutes until I got in. By the time I got in, I was brought back by a rude staff member that did nothing for me , no BP, just weight , made a face then dropped me in the room.
