I needed a new key fob which had to be special ordered. This was not a problem....they charged 65.00 for the fob. Again this was not a problem. After waiting a week, I finally called them...surprise it was in but they didn't call me-\-\-they waited for me to call them...problem Next I was told they would charge me 75.00 to program it....after I paid 65.00 to buy it...and it would take 45 minutes....hmm problem! I've been looking for a pre-owned Prius at Toyota dealerships everywhere. on a whim I stopped at Vance and explained in detail to the salesman Guy exactly what I wanted.
