I have always been treated with courtesy and friendliness during each service visit there. The technicians there are outstanding and I always receive free coffee while waiting though the waiting times are normally not that long. Incidentally, when I bought my 2013 Camry last year, the salesman (Richard) was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with!! Keep up the great work!!

Very disappointed with customer service. Came in for a simple oil change. Watched a few cars go in front of my truck even though they were after me. 2 hours later I finally get my truck. No apology, no discount, just a bill. Obviously my business is not important.
You guys have the worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Called three consecutive days for a manager left message and a call back number still no response!
Two days in a row to be here.... The first one was for an oil change on my Toyota Tacoma. Couldn't have asked for better care from pulling into the garage to checking me out. Thanks to Vicki for clarifying the procedures. Today's project is a flat tire on a Friend's new Toyota Camry, Great to also see you Mr. Todd Ryder!
