My wife had an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change. 2.5 hours later she's still there. What kind of operation is this? I ran a tire and automotive repair shop for 15 years, never would this happen on my watch. You obviously have incompetent management there. Never will we be back or buy another vehicle there.
I LOVE my new hybrid RAV4 from Van Trow Toyota! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Renae and Rusty were outstanding to work with! No hassles, no wasted time, and a price that saved me $$$ from a comparable car at a different dealership. Highly recommend Renae and Rusty, the Van Trow team that put me in my new car.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. First off, they had my vehicle for repair from a wreck and gave us an estimated time of 2 weeks. We didn’t get the vehicle back until about a month and a half passed, and that’s after putting us off day after day. Finally got the vehicle back and noticed the bumper had been hit. They claim it happened at the tow yard. Next, a had a tire with a leak, everything was good with the tires when they got the truck.
