Bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma off-road trd after 800 miles my transmission went out another dealership where I was stuck out of state replaced it. I then experienced shifting problems and at 4000 miles took it back and they blew me off and told me it was in my mind. After having countless people look at it at Toyota nothing got done. I just bought a 2006 Toyota Camry and was very pleased with the service!! Mr. Johnny was just great. Highly recommend them.
Stopped by for a fan belt check and walked away with over 2K estimate with repairs...not even cool. So much for treating long time customers fairly - word of advice, get a second opinion ended up paying $122 to have it repaired - go figure...
