After shopping for a month and coming back to Van Trow a few times I finally made a purchase! I couldn't be more happier than I am! Clint and Josh were the bomb and worked extremely hard to help me get my dream car. �
They will not make good on their promise. "We strive to make your experience with Van Trow Toyota a good one - for the "life of your vehicle". Per their web site and by the spoken words out of the mouth of the collision repair manager, Gwen Wiley "you have a life time warranty". Lie! I am very pleased with the purchase of my new Camry XSE. From start to finish, the process was smooth and I couldn't be more happy! My salesman, Jason Ford was very courteous and professional. Josh Cross (finance) gave me detailed information about the extended warranties that were available if I wanted to purchase one and which ones would be best for me. Called many times to purchase a used car in stock but they keep passing me to someone who never got back to me, same with emails...
Called several times about an issue. Service department very unconcerned. Offered no assistance in problem solving and gave minimal information. Thankfully, there is an excellent service department at Ronnie Ward in Ruston. Too bad I can't do business locally. Excellent customer service is worth the drive, though.
