Worst customer experience ever! Can’t get my vehicle registered because they can’t seem to get me the lien release documents. Dealer tags expire in 2 days and they have offered nothing other than to “keep trying.”

I had an appointment here for an oil change and tire rotation today. After waiting for 2 hours and seeing people come in after me leave before me, I finally went to the service desk and asked what the delay was only to be told that they were just getting ready to start on my car. I had been told initially it would take 60-75 minutes. I wasn’t happy and they told me it would only take 15 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait any longer and asked for my car to be returned. My wife and I had a great experience here at Van Subaru! Austin was wonderful and answered all our questions and got us a great deal on our Subaru Crosstrek. The financing team was wonderful as well! I would recommend this dealership for those looking for a vehicle!
