We arrived at 9am, the saleswoman was very friendly as well as the manager and really good people to deal with. We agree on the price after not many minutes of negotiating. The question was that I had to be seated until 2:30 pm to sign the financing documents, it turns out that at the time of signing the financial guy added an insurance for the car for an extra $ 2000 which we had not talked about until that moment, we even putting $ 2500 Down payment because they don’t allow me to pay $4000 that I want to pay at front becau... read more
This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a Subaru dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and had to bring my 2 year old son. The appointment took 2.5 hours and I asked for a status update several times and they kept saying it was almost done, I genuinely believe it hadn’t even been started. When my son was screaming at their desk they finally brought me my keys, I got no inspection paperwork, and they didn’t even apologize for my wait when I left. Marvin was exceptional!! We would give him 10 stars. My wife dreads going to car lots and he was great to work with. We got exactly the car we wanted and he was not pushy but was honest and down to earth. He got everything we needed and answered our questions. When my wife asked for help setting up her phone to the car he took extra time to help her. Chris also was great to work with in getting our finances squared away. He got us a great deal.
