Super disappointing customer experience at Van Subaru. They didn't perform my recall repairs properly, told me the subsequent issues weren't their fault and wanted to charge me to address. As it turns out, their technician had forgotten to reconnect a wiring harness.

Bought my first ever Subaru a week ago. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to work with on financing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Tyler, Kyle and Zach were terrific. We were having a serious problem on our way to Milwaukee so we pulled into Van on a Friday morning, rather desperate. As busy as they were, they still managed to squeeze us in and we were on our way again in a few short hours. And they made us feel at home the whole time. Many thanks.

Bought our Ascent about a month ago. They were great during the sale but responsiveness has come to a halt. I reached out to the salesman regarding an accessory that we had not received and for the purchase and installation of another accessory. He said to contact service. I attempted to contact service and was transferred to a service advisors voicemail. 2 weeks later I have not received a call back. Sent a follow up email to the salesman. A week later and still no responses. So far, service after the sale is lacking.
They were helpful to me, even when I got lost they guided me through the detours and due to Preston’s kindness they got me through in a timely manner.
Better Service dept. Offer loaner vehicles for folks who need it.
Such a great place! They go above & beyond for all there customers! When you call into the dealership the ladies are fast to assist you with whatever is needed! I will definitely purchase my next car there!
