Below average buying experience. Salesman was less than knowledgeable about vehicle and was not proficient in financing options. Also it has been over 3 months since I purchased the vehicle and the dealer has failed to issue me a title for the vehicle.

When I started looking for a car Marvin was extremely helpful! When I came in Ron was very knowledgable of the Forester we picked, and very friendly. They didn't "play the game" some dealerships do, keeping you sitting for hours, but showed me the car, helped me with the test drive, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the amount I wanted. Very pleased overall (and still feel a little sorry for them all crammed into the trailer during renovation). Everyone was friendly and helpful!
Ways they can improve? Be proactive and advise potential buyers before they come in that you don't have a clear title and/or waiting for a lien release. Don't withhold that info when you know the potential buyers have their own lender, in an attempt to pressure them to use one of your lenders. Beware of scam services…see pics. I took my car in for a routine oil change in March. While in the waiting room, I received a text with a link to show me the results of my inspection with additional recommended services. One of the recommendations was to clean my throttle body because mine was dirty, with a picture included that heavily implies it’s a picture of my throttle body. The personnel in the service department are professional & friendly & knowledgeable. They listen & have answers to my questions. I know I can trust any thing they recommend for my car. It is always a positive visit. When I need to replace my car I will go to Van Subaru to get a new one.
