Amazing customer service! Words can’t describe how above and beyond the Owner and Sales rep went to make us an offer we could not resist!! We will never shop at another dealership again!
I took my Jeep to services and they tried to screw me and and bill me for everything instead of my insurance company had my jeep for 2 months and Jerry just didn't wanna do his job by sending the direction of pay then he failed to fix the tire/rim until 2 weeks after I got my jeep back and instead of charging the insurance company with the rest of the original issues he charges me and now will not give me my tire back
After test driving different vehicles at a few different places and dealing with a very sleazy finance guy at a big chain dealership I was recommended to stop into VanCampen, what a great recommendation! Once again the customer service that I received from Van Campen this week, I couldn't ask for anything more. My wife and I went to Van Campen after a couple of months of shopping for our first car, and we couldn’t be happier. With this being our first big purchase together, we really wanted to find the right people to work with. We worked with Jamie and Josh to get into a new Jeep Renegade when we thought we could only afford a used car, and were extremely helpful. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new ride to get to Van Campen for great help and friendly people.
Great dealership our salesman Jamie Register was super friendly and was very helpful with any questions we had. He worked hard to help us find the right car to fit our budget. We would recommend him and the staff at VanCampen Motors to any one looking to buy a new car. The whole staff made the car buying experience enjoyable.
