I was told a car I was interested in was "serviced and detailed" I get there the car has a dead battery, trash inside, and a mouse nest under the spare tire. Never again.
I came in due to an oil and check engine light that resulted from an oil change from a competitor. Service Advisor Dan Herzog was fantastic with keeping me up to date with the problems it had resulting from the wrong oil filter being installed. Dan has been absolutely amazing helping me with getting reimbursed from the original shop that broke my Jeep. I’ve bought my vehicles from VanCampen Motors through the years. Dealt with Josh and Jon who went above and beyond. They took care of me before and after my purchases. I’ve had nothing but remarkable experiences with the service department also. I’ve walked in when they were extremely busy on a few occasions, and they still took the time to answer my questions in detail. my husband bought brand new dodge truck here. truck blows the blues already. dodge wants to do nothing to fix it! I do not recommend doing business with vancampen motors. Josh vancampen blocked my husband for some reason?
