Just bought a new Jeep Compass and Jamie was our salesman. He treated us great and gave us a deal we were very happy with! Would highly recommend Jamie and VanCampens.
Don't be fooled by the nice sales team, it's the service after the sale that is terrible!! I have no complaint with the buying part, its the customer service after the sale that is lacking. The only perk for buying a car here is "free inspection". You may want to take a few lessons from other dealers and offer a few more perks. I don't think you should be charging to rotate tires on a brand new Jeep that was bought there when other service work is being done. They will piece charge you for everything. Initial visit was fine. We test drove the vehicle we wanted while our trade was appraised. They came back with a reasonable number for the trade. Had to leave. Came back 2 weeks later with the trade in the same condition, and they reduced the value $2500. Ok, still did the credit app, although Mike Wolfe didn’t remember ever seeing me. A week after that, called in to check on the deal, and Mike responded with “I’ve never spoken with you before.” Don’t bother.
