I have been waiting three hours for a simple oil change and a tire patch. This is absolutely ridiculous! ! People have been coming and going while I just sit here with no updates. When I ask how much longer they say another 20 mins which turns into another hour!
This was the best dealership experience Chris Lamont was there for us at every turn to get us the best deal. Great experience, thank you Chris, Shawn and Shane. We will buy our next vehicle here also.
just a heads up for people; make sure you get all your paperwork before you leave. Bought a used car that was supposed to be GM certified; it wasn't, wasn't given any paperwork they would mail it to me. Since this was second vehicle I bought from Van I trusted I would get it and that I would be taken care of. When I took it in two weeks later not only was not gm certified their service department had no record of servicing it or certifying it.
