I have been waiting three hours for a simple oil change and a tire patch. This is absolutely ridiculous! ! People have been coming and going while I just sit here with no updates. When I ask how much longer they say another 20 mins which turns into another hour!

just a heads up for people; make sure you get all your paperwork before you leave. Bought a used car that was supposed to be GM certified; it wasn't, wasn't given any paperwork they would mail it to me. Since this was second vehicle I bought from Van I trusted I would get it and that I would be taken care of. When I took it in two weeks later not only was not gm certified their service department had no record of servicing it or certifying it.
