After a friend, Frank Whiters, purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the next day attempted to return it because it did not meet his needs, they are refusing to take the vehicle back. They are refusing to let him out of the contract. I would never do business with them.
Wow! Never thought I'd be happy with a car buying experience- especially enough to actually brag about it! But Van Cadillac and our sales people Don & DJ were so amazing! Very fair with the pricing and made sure every detail was taken care of. Even made sure I got to drive away in something comparable while I wait for my new car to arrive from the factory! Best shop on town. I was at Body Shop and service was outstanding! High quality staff, coffee was on abd they went out of their way to make me welcome.
