RecommendedBought my first Cadillac this week and I could not be happier with the experience! Brendan was a very knowledgeable, no pressure Cadillac expert who made me feel comfortable and not a bit pressured throughout the process. The finance team got me all available discounts and incentives, then beat my local banks rate with 0% financing! Very pleased with my vehicle choice and my dealership choice!
I bought my first Cadallic more the year ago and the sales people were great and very professional. Service department has been great especially Jarrett Rash. He's been my service advisor since I bought the car and I like that I get him every time so he knows the history of the car.
we bought a certified Escalade and within a year of owning its needed pistons, catalytic converter, fuel emission work just to name a few. The truck has been in the shop just as much as it's been in our possession and the best resolution they have is they can sale us another truck and said we will give you a good deal...really? offering us 40K for trade when the trade in market value is 39K-43K. sorry but we wont fall for the banana in the tailpipe again.
Car in shop for second time for same problem. Don’t think they Believed what the problem was the first time. If On Star codes are not the same then there’s already a problem that needs fixing. Sale people are great and have been helpful during this problem. If the Cadillac gets fix I don’t know if we can trust the vehicle afterwards. Wife already to trade for a different car.
We brought our new Cadillac in for it's first oil change, tire rotation and balance. Service department was very professional and friendly. This will be our dealership of choice!

PLEASE rethink the TV commercial with the guy in the three piece suit!! He is like the evil guy in a Disney movie. You might be a very good dealership, however, that commercial is going to do you more harm than good.
Such a great place! They go above & beyond for all there customers! When you call into the dealership the ladies are fast to assist you with whatever is needed! I will definitely purchase my next car there!
