Excellent!! Well kept Clean Facility... Good Staff And Doctor...
All was well at lake Nona va ,my only concern is that I had to wait over 1 hour after my scheduled appointment but the medical personnel was concern for my well being and caring to my medical needs .then I felt very well with the attention I received.
My husband has had the best of care at the Lake Nona VA. It is a top notch facility in our opinion
My boyfriend currently has a foot infection. He almost didn't go because of tge horrible experience and poor care he received from the tampa VA location. Got him to concede and we went to the lake nona VAMC... I am here to tell you they were wonderful, caring, attentive, and thorough. Although he needed to have his files transferred here to Orlando, they did what was necessary to get him seen at urgent care.. For all the negative comments you hear about health care at the VA, I am here is say I was treated with much care and respect at my recent visit to Urgent Care at Lake Nona VA hospital. From the time I checked in to picking up RX, everyone I met was friendly, polite and caring. I am so Happy and Honored, as a Veteran, that I can receive health care at this facility.
Haven't had any problems. All systems up and running. It's a fantastic facility and fully self contained. Emergency department up and running. This is a great facility.
