We were there for a WWP event for TBI Awareness and a Health/Information Expo. What we saw and experienced, this is a beautiful campus and facility. If it was a Polytrauma, we may consider transferring/moving closer. I speak from experience, on VA's.... we have seen far too many and this is by far " The Most Beautiful"
I just wonder why We as a military/veterans have to deal with poor service!! My husband had more than 3hour waiting in the Urgent Care... and let me tell u is not full AT all!! I always heard that service are going to change, but the real question is to change to be worse than now?! SMH
Went there with my dad for a procedure. The time we was there was very quick. The staff was very helpful when I got a little turned around...such a big place. It's nice to know that there is staff there that are helpful and caring. Very friendly atmosphere�
My husband had a back procedure and this one was a little more to it than just a shot. Everyone we came in contact on the 3 floor hospital side was the best from check-in to the Dr and the nurse she was very so nice and very helpful. This wasn' our first time and this is the way they are everytime. My husband has the best pain dr. Thank you all on the 3rd floor hospital side outpatient.
The staff , the care ,the doctors are great . So happy for my husband. I have they continue to be great. The pharmacy could use a little help in processing the medication. When u have people that suffer from anxiety it would help to process them quickly
