Awesome first visit. They even handed out free bags of coffee to the vets. All went smoothly, from parking to visit wait times.
My husband had to have a medical procedure done on Tuesday, February 22nd. From the time we walked through the doors till we left it was nothing but professional. The staff, reception area, the nurses and the doctor were excellent! ! Everyone and I mean everyone explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. They called today to check on him and scheduled his return appointment. Service was excellent.

I was there This past Friday..From 2pm till 11am...it was one bad day...I saw my doctor at 1:30 pm. if my cardiologist didn't tell me to go..I would have gone home...they were short handed..and very behind..it was a 10 hour day for me at Lake Nona Emergency room....I have been there many other times..never had any problems..always got taken care of..and gone home within a reasonable time...this was my worst experience there...something needs to be done and fixed ASAP....
Pharmacy services need to be improved. Sometimes 2 or 3 visits are required to accomplish one thing. Furthermore the line at times is absolutely horrible. More windows should be open.
