Both Alex’s were absolute pros — friendly, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, checked things I didn’t even think to ask about. Both of them stood out at how genuine they were no upselling pressure, just honest, efficient, top-tier service.
I was highly satisfied with Mike from the VB Blvd store along with the whole crew. They were communicative, professional, fun and also kept it real when a service was offered but not necessarily *needed*. I also had issues with my “maintenance required” light on which they fixed & didn’t make me feel rushed.
