The service was outstanding. From the moment I pulled up, the entire team was energetic and personable. The team had one goal, and that was to offer the best service possible. I did not need an oil change, but needed to have the AC recharged; however, the young man checked my fluid levels, top off the windshield fluid and checked my battery. The price was extremely too high for a oil change I never paid $100 ever
I went to the Valvoline near Virginia Beach Blvd and Woodstock Rd at 10:15 a.m. for a routine oil change and didn’t leave until nearly 12:15 p.m.— 2 hours. Each car ahead of me took 30–40 minutes. I was told they were training someone at the end, and I understand that happens, but it still doesn’t excuse how long everything took. There was no urgency, and no communication about the delay.
