Waited in the bay for over 45 minutes until I just left. 3 dudes playing around the whole damn time on the other guys car. Really? Do better. If I wanted to wait, I would have taken it to a real mechanic.

Survey Comment: Knowledgeable positive service with clear communication. The store I visited had a lift area blocked by a door needing service. This resulted in a line and a back up. Technicians clearly told me the problem and the estimated wait time.
