It was my first time at Valvoline. My first impressions were that the station and work area looked clean and organized. The technicians Kelsey, Zyon and Kendall responded right away and got to work immediately; working efficiently. I would like to point out Kelsey in particular for her friendly demeanor, her absolute patience going through what I needed and my follow up questions. I went to this Valvoline location today and it’s hands down the best oil change I’ve ever received. They asked me if I wanted additional services based upon recommended intervals, but never pressured me to commit to unnecessary repairs. It’s clean and you can tell it’s a meticulously run shop which invokes confidence in this business. Lastly, they appreciated my time but didn’t sacrifice service. The staff are personable and friendly on top of it all - well done!!
Always speedy and extremely helpful service - I always get my oil changed here!
