Biggest joke! Waited 45 minutes to get in. Wanted to leave but had cars behind me. Finally get in and it's like they have ADD here and can't stay focused to finish one task. Takes my air filter out and never shows me and slams my cover shut after. Take the new (I hope) oil filter and take a seal from the trash. Like I didn't see that! Ask to speak with the manager Eric and no care in the world of what I am saying. Says he will give me $10 off and I had a coupon for $15 off so used that. Let me know if anyone else watched one of the tech's use your oil dipstick like a pull start to a lawnmower. And thanks for checking the oil level 14 times. (I counted). Very thorough.
