Absolutely terrible. Had an oil change done months ago and they put too much air in my tires, resulting in me needing all new tires. Tried again today, needed my car inspected. They told me it would be an hour. I came back almost 3 hours later and my car was sitting in the same spot, untouched. They told me they didn’t have the keys and the doors were locked. Doors were 100% unlocked, and the key was sitting on the drivers seat. 10/10 would not recommend this valvoline to anyone unless they want their time and money wasted.

Fuck y'all. $107.98 for an oil change. $89.99 for 5 quarts of oil. Walked out limping because boy did I get fucked.

This little place with a big name really deserves more stars. Great employees. They worked as a team and the whole time you could hear them communicating back and forth clearly with each other. I was really impressed with their service. I'll definitely be going back! Even though it's over an hour and a half away, I feel it's worth it! Thanks guys and gals!

Wow, shout out to the team at this Valvoline location. I was here for less than 3 minutes and a tech, (Chris I believe his name was) stopped what he was doing came out to greet me and see how he could help me. About 3 minutes later another tech came out to tell me they would be right with me. Eric the manager so friendly, what a great team!! Being a manger in the hospitality industry where service is #1. I totally give this team an A+.
They have always gone above and beyond and with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!!
