First of all it took 45 min to get in just to get an almost $80. oil change. (that was after $5. off for the wait!) They said my serpentine belt was bad, but I declined that. Just found out my belt was fine! I saved $90 there! I will NEVER give them my business again! TERRIBLE!
Bought an Interstate battery from them about a year and a half ago. It died recently and both my own personal battery tester and the tester at the local O'reilly's says it is bad. Brought the battery in to Valvoline for replacement (nearest Valvoline is 30 miles away vs. O'reilly's being 5 miles) and they told us it is fine and that I need to bring the vehicle in.
