Wife brought my car in for an oil change. The next day I went to use my car, and all four valve stem caps were missing from my wheels. Not even worth the time or fuel to go back there and argue about it. It’s just irritating as hell, and makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked...

RecommendedI got my own oil changed at Valvoline for the first time today. When I arrived there was no wait, so i got in instantly. Joseph was very friendly and fast when it came to the service & the overall experience. He even taught me a few things about my car that i didn’t know. The time i spent there may not have been long, but it was enjoyable. I was also expecting my bill to be way more than what it was. And for what they did, I did not overpay one bit. I will recommend Valvoline to anyone!

workers were super nice, however my vehicle has never leaked oil before and after they changed it, it started leaking oil. Turns out they stripped out my oil plug. Will NEVER go back!

Valvoline in Clark’s Summit, PA caused some issues on our vehicle. The manager I spoke with their was extremely rude and informed me that they weren’t liable for it. I brought my vehicle into the Cambridge, MN location and was treated wonderfully. They attempted to fix it and referred us to another great shop in town when they couldn’t. And they opened up a claim for us with the other Valvoline. They even topped my oil off for me before I left! I 100% recommend this shop! �
