Pulled in one car in front of me young fellow came and after 3 time of me saying what finally understood him say 30 mins. Now me being next in line and the sign on the wall says 15 minute oil changes.WOW wouldn't it be 15 minute wait because u already working on the car in front of me! I just left this place. I have never been treated so well in any place that deals with cars. Normally people are condescending and talk to me like Im stupid because Im a chick and I know nothing about cars. These GENTLEMAN were so helpful and talked to me like a person. They didn't try to talk me into buying something I didn't need and provided the fastest service ever. To top it off as I was leaving everyone in the entire shop said bye. I don't think ill ever go any place else. You guys rock.
They took my head light out after 2 hours and then told me to come back, I did and he still didn't have my bulb!! Doug at the Jeffersonville branch
They are too Pricey. I won't be going back. The staff is super friendly and always offering discounts...but they know that it is expensive. Even the technician said he couldn't afford to get his oil change there.
The staff was courteous and awesome. Used a coupon to knock the cost down. When my tire went flat due to an issue with the stem on my tire. They got my spare on and set me up with someone to fix my tire, which they paid for unexpectedly.
