Horrible service after asking not to drain oil until I see where the oil leak was coming from but nope let’s drain the oil make a few dollars of of me and then say oh btw you’ll have to get a oil change again after you change your oil pan seal. Pathetic and mostly young kids in here who lack customer service a great deal. I have no idea why if you know I have a oil leak and i tell you to wait why would you change it? I will never be going back here again.

I pulled to the shortest line for an oil change. one of the techs had me move lanes. I've waited an hour and half in this lane. so far they've done 2 oil changes and 45 minutes in to the third. I'm still waiting. The shorter lane I was in originally, 3 people that came in after me have had their oil changed and left.

RecommendedWhen I went in I expected my oil change to take up to 45 minutes. However all was said and done in 20 minutes. Very surprised and pleased when they allowed me to see a live feed of them changing my oil properly.

They're always super busy when I have the time to go (todsy I was car #11 in line and waited about 2 hours), but they never complain nor make the customers feel as if they're unwelcome. Tyler was my contact today, and he even had Auto Zone speedily deliver a filter I needed that they were out of.

Horable service! on 1/22 Valvoline told me they couldn't change my oil. They didnt have the correct tool. so they put my skid garde back on. I called another Valvoline today 1/23 and they did. I stopped in and after removing my skid plate they tell me my drain plug was stripped. so Alison LN location stripped my plug and didnt tell me. Instead told me they didnt have the correct tools.I had to drive back to Alison LN to get it fixed. It's now 3hrs to change oil. Way too expensive... I was charged $155 for oil change, air filter, tire rotation, & new set of rear window blades. I asked how much the blades were before they changed them and the guy told me it was only $10. After I had looked at my receipt, I saw that they charged me $20! My husband is pissed. Not going here again...
