Second time in a row the skid plate was left loose on my car. I'm stranded waiting on tipple a. Metal plate dragging ground. Sparks. My 7 year old in the car. This is the second time in a row. I will be calling in in the AM.
Absolutely awful. The employee who helped me was on his phone while I was in the bay almost the entire time. The employee(s) double threaded my lug nut and told me I was missing one as I was leaving. The employee asked me personal questions about my vehicle price. They rummaged through my car looking for "extra" lug nuts. Got oil all over my door and steering wheel. Just all around terrible experience. This was my first time coming to this Valvoline and its most certainly my last.
