Don't Lie And tell me you checked my tires. Don't overfill my OIL!!!!
My 17 year old came for an oil change. OIL CHANGE! Imagine my shock when she brought home a $230 statement! You took advantage of an unsuspecting teen and added a $149.99 transmission flush and filters! Abuse of a teen! Shameful! She asked for an oil change and you saw the perfect target! How disturbing and disgusting!
Went on Thursday for an oil change on my 2018 Honda CRV. Only has 6500 miles. They did the oil change and checked/updated tire pressure. Drove my car home and it was parked until Sat am. Went from Pickerington to Waynesville for a baby shower and 1/2 way there my low tire pressure light came on. So I’m worried I have something in my tire the rest of the way there and back. I have been going to this location for about a year after leaving their competitor (due to bad service). The last visit, the tech under the hood checked the transmission fluid while the engine was off (should be checked running). He shouted out transmission was good. When I brought this to the attention of the guy at the computer. He said, the transmission is sealed and doesn’t need to be checked. Today when I finally got close to the bay entrance I learned why there was a line. Two or three techs were busy talking amongst themselves, talking to customers, and two (including the manager) were delaying oil changes by trying to fiddle with and fix a gas cap door on Lexus. Didn't know that was on the list of services. No one was doing Valvoline service on cars above or below deck. Killing more time, several of the young men had to all hug each other before one left. I just had my oil changed 3 weeks ago at the location on Roberts Rd and last night I noticed a small pool of oil in the garage floor. UGH! I wasn't happy with the customer service at that location to start with. So, back in today at my regular place in Pickerington . Turns out the plug that holds the oil in isn't sealed properly because it's stripped. They are replacing it, draining my oil, and refilling it. Much better customer service here too btw!
