When I got my oil changed at this location, they replaced the oil cap with a much larger cap without telling me. Then the next time I went to get my oil changed, I was told I couldn't because the oil pan had to be retapped. Now I'm looking at possibly needing a new oil pan, an almost $500 repair I didn't know I needed to be planning for. I'm not going back to Valvoline again.

Stopped in for an oil change. Prior to this, I had never had an oil leak issue. However, the next morning there was oil all over my garage floor. I brought the car back the very next day. The service guys said there was no oil leak, and that there was some oil that pooled up on the guard plate which was dripping. They washed the oil off and sent me on my way. A couple of months later, my engine starts running rough, so I check the oil and find that it's nearly empty. Avoid this place at all costs.
