The mechanic spent a couple hours figuring out a bizarre electrical issue and they didn't even charge me because no new part or installation was required. I was pleasantly surprised by their integrity
Brought in my 1999 ford explorer. Absolutely loved the service. Everyone there was a amazing. The store MGR Amos was awesome. We talked liked we knew each other forever. I won't go to any other place. I forget the name of the tech that did the work on my truck. I'm sure Valvoline can look it up. But he was awesome as Well. Felt super confident with the work done.
The store manager Dennis at this place really needs to learn customer service skills he needs to not allow himself to get emotionally involved in customer complaints he has to make better word choices when speaking to customers who are loyal I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this place and that's really sad because one of the best people that I know works there but this store manager Dennis has really ruined that for me if there is a problem and a customer comes to you, you do not get offended you listen, you take it... read more
