RecommendedI want to give a special shout out to Manager Brandon and his team that worked on March 17th 2020! I have never had customer service that went above and beyond like they did. Richard his team were awesome! I’ve had my oil changed lots of times. This is the first time I ever though it was worth a comment. Sometimes people are good at their job this team was outstanding!

Best experience EVER getting my oil changed. Bill and Chloe serviced my vehicle. They were kind and very fast. 20 minutes later, I was out the door.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Bill at Valvoline in Fairlawn! He walked with me to my car and changed my flat tire in 20 minutes. He did it just because he saw a person in need. I will definitely go there for my next oil change! Kind people can so easily turn a stressful situation into a positive one.
