When the oil change specialist can't remove an oil filter, you know you're at the wrong place. If you drive a Prius (or any hybrid, would be my guess), don't bother coming here. They'll get you out in fifteen minutes, all right, but you'll still have the same oil in your car.
I was way overdue for an oil change. The staff were great and friendly and through. I was in and out,and home in 20 min. Great job
