Actually the back of our truck seized due to their lack of doing their job as they did not put fluid in ...would not recommend Applevalley Valvoline for anything after driving 4.5 miles and having to be towed

Had my front and rear differential fluid drained and supposedly replaced. 4.5 miles down the road, at 70mph, the rear wheels locked up on my rear wheel drive Dodge RAM 1500. Had to have my insurance tow my truck back to their shop. Low and behold, there was no fluid in my rear differential. Now they have my truck, no detail on what mechanic they are taking it to, no detail on when I will get my truck back, and I’ve been told I will get a reimbursement for my full visit ($210), and a free oil change, after their mechanic fixe... read more

I love this location and the staff. Every time I’ve gone here they’ve been amazing. I love 30 mins away but will make the trip every time because the service is so great! Just a tip for others who come in, stay off your phones when pulling into the oil bays! I watched a guy almost hit a technician because he was on his phone. They’re humans too and deserve your full focus when maneuvering a large vehicle. Thank you to the staff who changed my oil today you guys were polite and super nice!
My engine was damaged after they reinstalled my oil filter incorrectly. When I attempted to get recourse - calling not only them but the regional manager - they refused to take responsibility and actually accuse me of "paying off" another mechanic to say that they erred. Yikes. I strongly advise against their services if you care about the integrity of your partners in business or the longevity of your car.
