Last fall they failed to tighten the oil filter. Could have ruined the engine. Every time they fail to tighten or replace tire valve covers. Yesterday they "checked" the air filter but didn't remove debris or replace cover (2 of 5 screws not even in the holes. 1/2 gap left to suck junk into engine. Drooled oil all over detailed engine. (Find a rag boys) Their boys are not professional, you don't get professional results. Use another shop if you can. But they are past.

I have used valvoline for my service on my 2015 Hyundai Tuscon since I purchased it in April 2015. They are always fast and friendly. Everything is an option, not pushed on as the only option. I would gladly send my friends and family to valvoline in Ooltewah or Cleveland!
I just stopped by to get an oil change, on my 2005 Hyundai Sonata, and I couldn't be any happier, or pleased, with the professionalism, service (including the amount of time it took, which was about 15 to 20 minutes tops), and attitude (up beat & courteous), I received from the Valvoline crew, including the manager David. I highly recommend you stopping by to get an oil change from this location!
