I've brought my car here ever since day 1 of ownership. Now, with 110,000 miles on it, it runs no differently than when I drove it off the lot using Valvoline's 100% synthetic. WIting time to get into the service bay is often non-existent and service is between 15 to 20 minutes, maximum. They do not sell or 'push' needless service or products. People made me wait 30 minutes did my pre inspection made my work order and my total cost then tell me they ran out of oil..lol jokes
