Oil change = Great! Technician recommended Serpentine Belt replacement = Horrible experience ... wrong belt in stock ... ordered new belt ... wrestled with new belt ... 3-1/2+ hours later ... he quit trying to put the new belt on and has been wrestling the old belt back on for the last 1/2 hour.
