Had an issue, the tech here over tightening my oil filter, I was upset, however, my local shop here in new Martinsville called them and told them this and valvoline express said they will back their work, not only that, they did not require me to drive 3 hours back to summersville instead they promised to reimburse my local shop. So I appreciate this place for making it easy for me. But please teach your techs to not over tighten the oil filter that is oil change 101. Completed my Subaru’s oil change in 15 minutes! Friendly staff as well.
All around, great service and staff. We were having issues with our thermostat and had to pull over near by. When we called, they were willing to see us to take a look, help diagnose the problem and repair so we could continue our journey home. They were friendly, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend using Valvoline Express Care for your car needs whether your local or passing through!
It's not your typical first come first served valvoline, seems like most people make appointments and drop off their cars, but the price is great and the staff is very knowledge and friendly! I always try to stop here on my way through if they can fit me in.
