All around, great service and staff. We were having issues with our thermostat and had to pull over near by. When we called, they were willing to see us to take a look, help diagnose the problem and repair so we could continue our journey home. They were friendly, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend using Valvoline Express Care for your car needs whether your local or passing through!
It's not your typical first come first served valvoline, seems like most people make appointments and drop off their cars, but the price is great and the staff is very knowledge and friendly! I always try to stop here on my way through if they can fit me in.
I was driving from Buffalo, NY to Myrtle Beach a couple days ago, and hit a large block of ice on the highway early in the trip. Didn’t have any car issues until stopping for gas not far from this shop. My heart sank and immediately I was bracing for some repair bills and lost time on the vacation. These guys were around the corner, and got me into the shop almost immediately to take a look underneath my vehicle.
